Salon 133 has always operated a ‘by appointment’ policy and has been a one-to-one treatment experience. This model of working will always remain in place which should give you peace of mind that Salon 133 naturally lends itself to social distancing and minimal contacts.

Client Guidelines

Complete and return your health screening form prior to arrival. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can complete this on arrival for your treatment.
All salon visitors must sign a Contact Tracing Log-book on arrival.
Face masks must be worn.
Sanitise your hands on arrival.
Inform us if you feel anyway unwell before or during your treatment. We may temperature check clients from time to time with an infra-red thermometer.
Follow safe sneezing/coughing hygiene practice.
Ensure there are no more than 2 clients in the salon at any one time and ensure a 2m distance from other clients.
Wait in your car or in the outdoor seating area if the treatment room is in use.
Contactless payment is our preferred payment option currently –Contactless (under €50), Credit/Debit Card, Phone or EFT payments, please.
Leave your personal items in the designated areas.
If you require a product or Gift Voucher, call in advance to order. Ideally, pay by a contactless method so we can arrange collection. This will limit your time in the salon and keeps us socially distanced.
Unfortunately, no hand-shakes or hugs are allowed!
Reading material has been removed from the waiting area.
Vulnerable or high-risk clients, please advise us of any medical condition as we will make a decision together discreetly and privately whether it’s best to hold off on treatments for the foreseeable. There are other means of keeping a great skincare and grooming routine. We would be delighted to help you with that through private online consultations, product advice and sampling.

Please advise if you have had Covid 19 since your last visit. It is important to advise us as this is considered a ‘CHANGE IN MEDICAL HISTORY’ and will require new patch tests for wax, tint, tan and skin peels.

Therapists Guidelines

We have always worked a one to one, by appointment treatment experience.
We keep a contact tracing log daily in the salon and keep client health screening forms on file.
We temperature check ourselves twice daily. We wear a fresh uniform daily. We do not wear our uniform or work shoes outside of the treatment room.
We wear clean masks, face shields and aprons during treatments.
We recommend wash handing instead of wearing gloves. We wash and sanitise hands repeatedly.
All our linens and towels are washed at 60 degrees with detergent AND Dettol in wash laundry cleanser (killing 99.9% bacteria).
All touch areas, including professional use products we use during treatments, are sanitised between every client.
Our treatment bed is clean with freshly laundered linens or where necessary disposable sheets for each client. In addition, our treatment bed is dressed with a disposable pillowcase and plastic covering which will be sanitised between each client.
All clean and dirty items and tools are stored separately. All tools are sterilized appropriately and placed in sterile pouches until next use.
All porous or soft implements (nail files, buffers) are disposed of or offered to clients to take home for personal use.
