We offer Dermalogica’s 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of PURCHASE date. We accept all Dermalogica products purchased from the Salon 133 website for full refund or exchange once proof of purchase is presented. The Dermalogica product must be unopened, in its original stage and within its original packaging. We require a receipt as proof of purchase in order to complete your refund. After the 30-day period, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange. We cannot refund postage on returns.

Should there be any discrepancies with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery to discuss.

Should you experience an adverse skin response please contact Salon 133 directly to discuss and we will be delighted to assist you.

Please do not send your purchase back to Dermalogica. In the circumstance of an adverse skin response, we may offer a refund regardless of the product being open/used. We may refund you under these unique circumstances if returned to us within 30 days. Should you need to discuss with us in more detail, we will require the date of purchase, details of actual skin response, how soon after starting to use the product did the reaction happen and product batch number.

You are responsible for the payment of shipping costs for the returned item – shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the returned product is over €75 in value, it is worth considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise you if your refund has been accepted or rejected. If accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your refund is delayed, check with your bank. If within 5 working days, your refund has not been applied to your bank account, please contact us again and we will investigate from our end.
